Nicole Boudreau's work experience includes serving as the Chief of Staff and Director of Business Development at Optum Ventures since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as the Director of Sponsorships & Growth from 2021 to 2023 and as the Associate Director of Sponsorship Management from 2018 to 2021. Nicole was also an Advisory Council Member at the Minnesota Women's Final Four from 2021 to 2022. Before joining UnitedHealth Group, Nicole was the Chief of Staff at Optum (formerly Alere Wellbeing) from 2017 to 2018. Nicole also has experience as a professional basketball player for BK Loko Trutnov in the Czech Republic from 2016 to 2017. Nicole's earlier work experience includes being a Camp Counselor and Student Athlete at Boston College from 2012 to 2016, as well as a Game Day Assistant (Marketing) at Kraft Sports Group in 2015. Nicole also served as a Team Representative for the BC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee from 2012 to 2015 and as an Audit Assistant at Richard J Boudreau & Associates LLC in 2014.

Nicole Boudreau attended Andover High School from 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/ Management and Leadership from Boston College, graduating in 2016.
