Prior to these roles, Teresa was the founding member of Rutherford & Bechtold LLC, a boutique law firm specializing in structured-finance advice from January 2010 to January 2023. Teresa's professional journey began as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from November 2006 to December 2009. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University.
