Thomas Gerhardt has over 17 years of experience in the electrical design and maintenance fields, currently serving as the Team Leader of the Electrical Design Department for Ophthalmic at OptoTech since July 2006. Prior roles include Elektrokonstrukteur and Mechatroniker at OptoTech, as well as working as a Mitarbeiter at Gefährdetenhilfe Kurswechsel E.V. and Instandhaltungselektriker and Mechatroniker at WESO-Aurorahuette GmbH. Thomas Gerhardt holds a degree as Staatlich geprüfter Techniker in Energy and Automation Technology from Gewerbliche Schulen Dillenburg and obtained a Fachhochschulreife in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from Berufliche Schulen Biedenkopf. Additionally, studies were undertaken at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
