Karin van Hees-Teuben is a seasoned optometrist with extensive experience in the field of optometry, currently serving as the Chair of the Contact Lens Committee for the Optometristen Vereniging Nederland since October 2018. Karin has been working at Lens Utrecht as an optometrist since October 2009, specializing in medical contact lenses and myopia control. Prior roles include optometrist positions at St. Antonius Ziekenhuis from March 2015 to May 2019 and as an optometrist in training at Bon Art Optiek from 2007 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Optometry from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (2006-2010) and a Havo degree from Koningin Wilhelmina College (2001-2006).
