Brenda Kovac is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR-manager at Optisport since January 2020. In addition, Brenda has held an external expert role for graduation sessions and is a member of the work field advisory committee at Avans Hogeschool Den Bosch since July 2015. Previously, Brenda was the Head of P&O Advice at Elisabeth-TweeSteden Ziekenhuis from January 2016 to January 2020, overseeing the Flexpool and P&O advisors in a dynamic environment following a merger. Brenda's career also includes roles such as Coordinator HRM and HR Advisor at St. Elisabeth Ziekenhuis, HR consultant at Tecpool, and Intercedent at Randstad. Brenda holds a Drs in A&O Psychology from Tilburg University and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from NCOI Opleidingen.
