Nicola Brown is a Technical Support Engineer at Options Technology since November 2022, following a role as a Senior Associate in the Automation team at PwC UK from September 2021 to October 2022. Previous experience includes a Technology Graduate Placement focused on RPA at PwC UK, as well as customer service positions at Tesco from 2017 to 2021. Nicola also held an Accounting Intern position at BDO France, where skills were developed in fiscal declarations, book-keeping, and translations. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with French from Queen's University Belfast, completed in 2021, and attended Aquinas Diocesan Grammar School from 2010 to 2017.
