Matthew Ballantyne is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as VP Support & Operations at Options Technology since September 2016, Matthew oversees a large team spanning four continents, focusing on technical innovation and team development. Key achievements include implementing Cisco UCCX for call center operations, introducing live customer satisfaction reporting, and developing in-house products for skill enhancement. Previously, Matthew held a role as a Technical Support Analyst, providing high-level support for global IT infrastructure. Earlier experience includes a thirteen-month actuarial internship at the Pension Protection Fund, where responsibilities involved the preparation of complex funding models. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science & Risk Management from Queen's University Belfast and has an excellent academic record from The Wallace High School.
