Joanne Hemmings is currently working at Options Consultancy Services as an Assistant Director in the Department of Design and Innovation. Previously, Joanne held the position of Senior Director of Impact at Girl Effect. Joanne has extensive experience in various roles at Options Consultancy Services, including Lead Technical Advisor and Deputy Programme Director for The Girl Generation: Together to End FGM. Joanne holds a Ph.D. in Anthropological Demography from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, along with a Master of Science in Demography and Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology and Anthropology from Magdalen College, Oxford.
