Stephen Stokes is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and public relations. Currently serving as VP of Communications at Optimum since May 2024, Stokes is responsible for internal and external communications that support various business functions. Previously, Stokes held the role of Assistant Vice President at AT&T from June 2015 to May 2024, leading technology innovation communications across multiple sectors, including AI and cybersecurity. Stokes also has significant experience from roles at Weber Shandwick, where as Senior Vice President, Stokes managed client relationships during significant acquisitions of Motorola Mobility, and at FleishmanHillard, where Stokes executed brand positioning for Motorola Inc. Stokes began the career as an Account Coordinator at M/C/C and progressed through various roles, ultimately earning a B.A. in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University.
