Janet Meahan is an accomplished communications executive with extensive experience in corporate and brand communications. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Communications at Optimum since February 2022, Janet leads communications for the telecommunications brand, including fiber internet, TV, phone, and mobile services, as well as managing Optimum Business and multiple news and advanced advertising brands. Previously at Altice USA from August 2016 to February 2022, Janet held roles ranging from Vice President to Senior Director, overseeing internal and external communications strategies following notable mergers in the industry. Earlier experience includes managing media relations at Cablevision, serving as a Senior Associate at STARKMAN, and developing strategies for luxury travel clients at Alice Marshall Public Relations. Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in English and Writing from Loyola University Maryland and has furthered education at KU Leuven.
