Stephen Douglas has over 25 years of experience in media and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Media Operations at a4 Media since June 2017, Stephen previously held managerial roles at Suddenlink Communications, where responsibilities included overseeing the Voice of the Customer Program and CRM training, as well as managing production and technical operations in the East Division. Earlier positions include Traffic Coordinator at Suddenlink Media and Production Assistant at Charter Media, along with experience as On Air Talent at multiple radio stations including WEYQ Radio and Benco Broadcasting. Stephen obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Mass Media Technology from Washington State College of Ohio.
