John Long is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Berlin Packaging since October 2023. Previously, John held the role of System Engineer at Vital Proteins from September 2021 to February 2023, where experience included migrating the infrastructure to Nestle's systems post-acquisition. Prior to that, John worked as an IT Analyst at Mechdyne Corporation, delivering expert technical support and utilizing advanced applications to resolve client issues from July 2017 to September 2021. John's experience also includes serving as Integration Lead Tech Tier II-III at Zones, Inc., where responsibilities involved provisioning hardware and software, and a background as a Project Designer at W-T Engineering, creating detailed plans for wireless communication projects. Early experience includes a Web Design/Help Desk Internship at Severity Design. John Long holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Arizona State University and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Elgin Community College.
