Ella Plis has over a decade of experience in business intelligence and data science, currently serving as the BI Team Leader at Optimove since July 2010. Ella has advanced through several roles within the company, including BI developer, Senior Marketing Data Scientist, and Senior Analyst. Prior to Optimove, Ella gained experience as a CVM Analyst at Conduit from September 2010 to December 2011. Ella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, completed in 2010.
