Bakhtiyar Habib is a Technical Support Engineer at Optimizely since January 2022 and also serves as a Customer Support Engineer at Welcome, where responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software issues while maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction. Prior to these roles, Bakhtiyar worked as a Junior Business Developer at Royalty Bangladesh from September 2019 to January 2020, contributing to data analysis, sales expansion, and customer relationship management. Bakhtiyar holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from North South University, completed in 2020, and has a high school education from Scholastica.
