Sphamandla Macu is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant with a background in recruitment and human resource management. Currently serving at Optimi Learning since May 2022, Sphamandla has held positions as both a Talent Acquisition Consultant and a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant. Additionally, Sphamandla has been with Talksure since March 2020, progressing from a Recruitment Intern to a Junior Recruitment Business Partner. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, a BCom Honors in Human Resources, and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Management and Industrial Psychology, all obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal between 2016 and 2021.
