Diana started their career as a Research Executive at TnsRms research international in 2000, where they worked until 2011. webuye then joined TNS RMS as a Research Manager / Administrator in 2012, a position they held until 2015. In 2016, Diana became an Operations Manager at Optimetriks, where they are currently working.

Webuye Diana received a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from the University of Nairobi. webuye pursued their degree from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they also attended the University of Nairobi from 2009 to 2014, where they studied Project Management. The field of study for their earlier degree is not specified.
