Mónica Palm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, consulting, and project management. Currently serving as a Sales Supervisor and eBrightConnect Product Manager at Optime Consulting since October 2017, Mónica leads the development of a virtual events platform and manages executive account projects across various sectors, including strategic marketing consulting and business intelligence. Previously, Mónica held several leadership roles at Grupo Eniac from 1986 to 2016, overseeing operations, project coordination, and software sales related to auditing and data analysis. Mónica also worked as a consultant in information technology and served as a professor of Algebra at Universidad Metropolitana. Mónica holds a degree in Mathematics from Universidad Simón Bolívar and a diploma in Project Administration from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
