Chris Harness is an experienced Lean Engineer currently serving at Re:Build Optimation Technology, LLC since May 2023. With a career spanning over 15 years, Chris Harness has operated as a Senior TPM and Lean Manufacturing Mentor at Harness Consulting since February 2008, guiding teams in sustainable continuous process improvement within various manufacturing environments. Prior roles include PPI Business Systems Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Manufacturing Engineer at Gorbel Inc., and Lean Manager at Parker Chomerics, where Chris Harness facilitated effective process improvements. Beginning in 2003, Chris Harness held the position of Lean Leader at Eastman Kodak, contributing to significant operational enhancements through lean methodologies under the mentorship of a Toyota-trained manager. Chris Harness holds a Bachelor’s degree in Reliability Maintenance from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Monroe Community College.
