Martin Eaglesfield has extensive experience in engineering management, particularly within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Ford Operations at Optimas Solutions since April 2015, Martin has previously held the same position at Anixter UK from May 2008 to April 2015, both roles based at the Ford Dunton D&R facility where expertise contributed to business revenue growth and enhanced global operations. Earlier roles include Application Engineer at CABLE MANAGEMENT PRODUCTS LIMITED, Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell, and Mechanical Engineer at WHS Plastics. Martin's education includes a Level 3 certificate in Leadership and Management and a National Diploma in Engineering, both from Solihull College & University Centre, complemented by foundational education at St. Peters RC Secondary School.
