The Engineering and Technical Roles team at Optimar is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced automated fish processing systems. This multidisciplinary team collaborates closely with sales, project management, and software departments to ensure that projects meet customer specifications and industry standards. They oversee the technical aspects of system integration, provide innovative solutions, and ensure operational efficiency, all while maintaining high safety and performance standards in diverse environments.
