Andy Tung is a seasoned IT support and system engineer with extensive experience in system reliability and data analysis across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support and System Engineer at both NI (National Instruments) and OptimalPlus since 2020 and 2019, respectively, Andy has a solid background in implementing and supporting O+ systems, particularly at OSAT sites. Previous roles include Senior Data/System Analyst at Qualcomm and IT and System Engineer at OptimalPlus, with earlier experience as a Senior Engineer at Foxconn and in various engineering positions at Tatung InfoComm Corporation, NXP Semiconductors, EAI (FAST Technology), and ID-Points Technology. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from I-Shou University.
