Mike Todd is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate and business development, currently serving as Principal at Wolf Bay Asset Management since April 2021, focusing on representing private owners of commercial real estate. As Director of Business Development at OptimalDX since August 2017, Mike contributes to the advancement of the OptimalDX Blood Chemistry Software program. Prior experience includes roles as Principal/Broker at Westlake Associates, Inc., managing commercial real estate sales, leasing, and property management, and as Principal at EvoProperties LLC, where emphasis was placed on urban infill development and value-add renovations. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
