Lachlan Manser currently serves as IT Manager and Information Technology Coordinator at Optima Living, where responsibilities include overseeing the IT department and leading digital transformation and automation projects. Previously, Lachlan worked as a Tech Support Analyst at Health Data Coalition of BC, streamlining clinic EMR data processes and enhancing data-aggregation applications. Experience as Project Lead and Administrative Specialist at the Environmental Operators Certification Program involved liaising with various stakeholders and maintaining critical records, while earlier work as an SAP Developer for the Australian Government focused on software development to reduce welfare fraud and facilitate system transitions. Lachlan holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Business Systems) from the University of South Australia and a Diploma of Government from the Canberra Institute of Technology.
