As a Partner at Optim Project Management since December 2020, David is involved in leading general design and project management across Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe. Additionally, David is a Partner at TechHub Bucharest, fostering a community for tech entrepreneurs and startups, and operates as a Business Owner at FacilitEC Romania. David co-founded Commons, a coworking space designed to encourage collaboration and innovation, and previously co-founded Momentum Consulting, providing real estate consulting services. David started career as a Broker in the Office Agency at CBRE from July 2013 to August 2015.
