Johan Svidén began their work experience in the year 2000 as an Application Developer at Frameworx Inc. Johan then joined Folkspel in 2003, where they worked as a System Developer for a year. In 2004, Johan became a Consultant at Omegapoint, a position they held until 2010. At SunGard FRONT ARENA, Johan held two roles: Financial Developer from an unknown date in 2010 until September 2014, and Team Manager from September 2014 until July 2016. Finally, Johan joined Optilon in August 2016 as a Business Consultant Supply Chain, a position they currently hold.

Johan Svidén pursued their education from 1993 to 1998 at Linköping University. During this period, they obtained a Master of Science (M.sc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
