Osas Itua is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and microfinance spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Portfolio Optimization Manager at Optasia since July 2022, Osas is responsible for MFS performance optimization, reporting, and data management analysis to develop portfolio segmentation strategies. Prior to this role, Osas held several key positions at AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited, including Head of Micro Lending, where responsibilities included departmental administration and analysis of financial indicators for executive reporting. Additional roles within the bank featured management of staff in operations, credit supervision, and loan assessment, alongside brief consultancy experience at AB Bank Rwanda. Osas holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Ambrose Alli University.
