Kuljit Singh has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Kuljit started their career in 1986 as a Test and Maintenance Engineer at Hitachi Semiconductor (M) Sdn Bhd. In 1987, they moved to Hitachi Ltd. as an LSI Design Engineer. In 1990, they joined Hitachi Europe as a Product Marketing Engineer. In 1996, they became a Sales and Marketing Manager at Fuji Electric Co., LTD. In 2008, they were a Business Development Manager at Schlumberger. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Business Development Manager at Sensornet Ltd., where they were responsible for providing solutions for the Energy and Power T&D and Oil and Gas markets segments. Kuljit has been a Business Development Manager at OptaSense Ltd. since 2014.

Kuljit Singh attended the University of Strathclyde from 1983 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
