Mallikarjuna M has over a decade of experience in IT support and system administration. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Opt IT since April 2015, responsibilities include handling escalation calls and providing on-call support through help desk management services. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior IT Executive at DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd., where installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various Windows operating systems and network printers were key tasks. Mallikarjuna also worked at Cellcomm Solutions Ltd. as a Technical Support Engineer, focusing on basic network connectivity troubleshooting and maintenance of local area networks. Educational qualifications include a degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the DTE Board, completed in 2009.
