Leilani Villamor Salvano has over two decades of experience in learning and development within various organizations. Currently serving in a Learning and Development role at Opswerks since August 2021, previous positions include Department Manager for Learning & Development at Makati Medical Center from March 2013 to August 2021, and HR Associate for Training and Organizational Development at Petron Corporation from February 2009 to March 2013. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Corporate HR Officer at Philippine American Life & General Insurance Company from 2005 to 2009 and Resource Planning Analyst at San Miguel Information & Technology Services, Inc from 2000 to 2003. Leilani holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Development Communication with a focus on Educational Communication from the University of the Philippines, completed in 1998.
