Todd Williams has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Todd began their career as a Sales Associate at CarMax and then moved to a Brand Ambassador role at MarketStar in 2013. In 2014, they became a Microsoft Business Analyst via N3, and then transitioned to an Account Executive role at FieldEdge in 2017. In 2018, Todd was a Managing Broker at Chubb and in 2019 they became an Inside Training Program Manager at Microsoft. Currently, Todd is an Enterprise Account Executive at Opsgility.

Todd Williams is currently studying Sociology at Georgia State University. Todd previously obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Morehouse College between 2008 and 2012, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Todd has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Exam Prep: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) (2020), Lead Like a Boss (2020), Key Account Management (2019), Leading like a Futurist (2019), and Managing High Performers (2019). Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
