Damien Santa Maria is currently the Directeur Occitanie at OPPBTP since April 2020 and serves as a Conseiller municipal for a French local authority since March 2020. Previously, Damien held the position of Responsable d'affaires, specializing in human factors and safety culture at ICSI Institut pour une culture de sécurité industrielle from February 2016 to April 2020, where detailed diagnostics of safety culture were conducted for industrial sites. Prior experience includes serving as EHS and improvement officer at Airbus Group from September 2012 to December 2015, focusing on compliance diagnostics and environmental analysis, and as Responsable QHSE at CASSIN TP & Démolition/CASSIN Recyclage from September 2011 to September 2012, where ISO 14001 standards and regulatory compliance were managed. Damien holds a Mastère spécialisé in Global Risk Management from Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, a professional license in SMEs and sustainable development from Toulouse School of Management, and a Master's degree in Sustainable Management QSE from Institut Européen de la Qualité Totale.
