Alec Boateng began their work experience in 2019 as an Education Consultant for East London at Servoca Education Resourcing. In 2020, they transitioned to a Resourcing Consultant role at Servoca Resourcing Solutions Limited until 2022. Currently, Alec works as a Talent Consultant at Opogo, starting in March 2022.

Alec Boateng attended Nottingham Trent University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations.
