Peipei Li is a highly skilled Clinical Bioinformatics Consultant at Opna Bio since July 2024, with extensive experience in bioinformatics and research informatics across multiple organizations. Previously, Peipei served as Principal Scientist and Research Informatics and Bioinformatics Team Lead at Ambagon Therapeutics, where responsibilities included evaluating oncology targets and leveraging multi-omics data for drug discovery. In a prior role at AbbVie, Peipei developed workflows and visualization dashboards while integrating multi-omics datasets for target identification. Additional positions include Bioinformatics Scientist at Plexxikon Inc., where novel drug targets were identified, and a Bioinformatics Postdoctoral Researcher at Van Andel Institute, focusing on gut microbiome impacts in Parkinson’s Disease.
