Chad Moklestad is an architectural professional currently serving as Emerging Professional II at OPN Architects since April 2023. Previously, Chad worked as an Architectural Associate at Hartman Trapp Architecture Studio from August 2020 to March 2023, contributing to projects such as the 3750 on Grand, Oak Park Restaurant, Dotdash Meredith Building Renovation, and Temple of Performing Arts Renovation. Earlier experience includes roles as an Architectural Intern at ETHOS Design Group and a Student Intern at DLR Group, where involvement in various aspects of architectural design was emphasized. Chad also interned with Populous and gained early experience as a Tennis Coach at Camp Walt Whitman and a Loan Processing Intern at First Federal Credit Union. Educated at Iowa State University with a Master of Architecture and at Coe College with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Chad combines architecture skills with a strong business foundation.
