During my psychology studies, I helped children with various disabilities. These experiences and traveling the world have enriched me personally. I see diversity as a huge benefit for all of us.
I have experience in leading global teams, I have been a board member of international organizations in support of women, children and human rights. eg UNICEF. I am currently active on several platforms to support women.
At OPIM, I help with the Living Library project in the corporate environment, facilitating and moderating various events.

Since 2001 we have been raising awareness on diversity and human rights. We are changing people's perceptions on diversity through unveiling its advantages in personal and working lives.
