Matthieu Cop is an experienced professional in the field of real estate and construction management. Currently serving as the Directeur général at OPH de la Meuse since January 2025, Matthieu previously held the position of Directeur adjoint Grand-Est at Vilogia from April 2020 to December 2024, overseeing the production of 600 to 700 housing units annually across four departments in Alsace and Lorraine. Prior to this role, Matthieu was the Directeur général at Toit Aussi from 2014 to March 2020, where responsibilities included the development of affordable housing solutions in Amiens Métropole. Additionally, Matthieu served as the Directeur des programmes immobiliers and played a key role in establishing the cooperative. Matthieu holds a Master II in Real Estate and Construction Law and a Maitrise in Management Sciences from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
