In 2010, they became a Learning and Development Specialist at StarHub. In 2012, they assumed the same role at Emerson. In 2013, they were a Business Development Manager at Tap4Fun. In 2014, they were the CMO at Reality Squared Games. In 2018, they became the CEO and Co-Founder at Alto.io. In 2020, they were the Chief Executive Officer at OPGames. In 2021, they are currently an Advisor at both Gryphon Ventures and Relentlo.

Chase Freo received a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas in 2004.
