Melissa Lugo is a Human Resources Coordinator and Recruiter at OPEXUS, working since July 2022, where the focus is on delivering exceptional technology experiences for public institutions. Prior to this, Melissa served as a Recruiting Manager at Search BizAthletes from August 2021 to February 2022, specializing in account management and innovative recruitment strategies. Melissa's experience also includes a role as Operations Manager at 5TH AVENUE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, where responsibilities encompassed data analysis and project management. Earlier, Melissa contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Davis during a short-term engagement. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, graduating in 2020.
