Ron Lazeration is an experienced professional with a diverse background in electrical assembly supervision, production management, and technical support. Currently serving as the Electrical Assembly Supervisor at OPEX Corporation since November 2019, Ron leads a team of 23, overseeing the production of electrical assemblies while managing production schedules, labor allocation, and maintaining Lean 5S standards. Previously, Ron held positions as a Production Supervisor at OPEX, Acting Supervisor at ISS Solutions, where oversight of a technician team was a key responsibility, and as a Technician diagnosing printer issues. Ron also managed residential rental properties at Lazeration Properties and held multiple senior technical roles at Oki Data Americas, Inc., contributing to software engineering and OEM development over nearly three decades.
