Zack Amrein is a Senior Revenue Operations Architect at Operatus since May 2021. Prior to that, Zack worked as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Service Express from 2016 to 2021. At Service Express, Zack assisted in identifying and implementing business critical workflows and processes within Salesforce. Zack also served as the principle Data Analyst for the sales & marketing teams and managed the implementation and administration of the Einstein Analytics platform. Before Service Express, Zack worked as a Media Coach at Varsity News Network and as a Parent Orientation Assistant at Grand Valley State University. Zack has a Bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University.
