Melissa A Blanchard is an experienced operations leader currently serving as a Member of the Operators Guild since June 2022. Prior to this, Melissa held multiple leadership roles at HYAS from April 2016 to October 2023, including Chief Operating Officer, where oversight of five departments and significant strategic counsel to the CEO were key responsibilities. Melissa's career at HYAS included progressive roles such as Chief of Staff, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Operations & Finance, with notable achievements including the successful facilitation of CEO transitions and a $16M Series B fundraising round. Melissa also has experience in various positions at DaVinci, Secure Domain Foundation, Wells Fargo, and Rockwell Automation, combined with a solid educational background with a BBA in Accounting from Georgia State University and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Gainesville State College.
