Erika Trautman McCaddon is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Sprout Social, Inc., starting in July 2024. Previously, Erika held the position of SVP/GM of Product for Work Management at Atlassian from December 2021 to July 2024, overseeing products that generate significant revenue. At Google, Erika worked as Product Director for Google Drive and the Editors, managing a suite of collaboration tools with over one billion users. As the CEO and Founder of Rapt Media, Erika identified market gaps in interactive video technology, successfully raised $12 million in venture capital, and transitioned the company to a SaaS model before its acquisition in 2018. Erika’s contributions to the industry are complemented by experience as a board member at Boulder Community Health and as a guest lecturer at the Yale School of Management, along with a strong educational background from Yale University and the University of California, Berkeley.
