Amber Leonti possesses extensive experience in philanthropy and development, currently serving as Vice President of US Development and Strategy at Operation Smile. Previous roles include Associate Vice President and Senior Director of US Philanthropy at the same organization. Amber has also demonstrated entrepreneurial skills as the Owner of Kaia FIT locations in Sunrise, Sacramento, and Carmichael. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Major Gifts at Capital Public Radio and as Director of Major Gifts and Annual Giving Programs at California State University, Sacramento. Earlier in the career, Amber held the position of Training, Education and Community Outreach Manager at WEAVE Inc.
