Andrea María Alanís currently serves as the Talent Manager at Operation HOPE, where responsibilities include developing and executing talent strategies focused on hiring, employee retention, and partnerships. Previously, at GEICO, Andrea held multiple roles culminating as the Bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager/Diversity Leader, where significant achievements included creating a remote Spanish-speaking hiring team, exceeding hiring targets, and leading diversity efforts across the organization. Andrea's experience also spans positions at Galileo Learning, The University of Arizona, and other organizations, showcasing a strong background in recruitment, leadership, and operational efficiency. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Arizona as well as similar degrees from Chiang Mai University and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
