Olga Lebedeva began their work experience in 2011 as a QA Engineer at Dnevnik.ru, the largest educational network in Russia, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined Lesta Studio (Wargaming Saint Petersburg), a leading online game developer and publisher, as a QA Engineer, responsible for quality assurance and control for various game features. Olga worked there until 2014. Also in 2013, they started working at OpenWay as a QA Engineer, where they are currently employed. OpenWay is a market leader in digital payment processing software, and Olga's role involves testing and ensuring the functionality of their WAY4 open platform.

Olga Lebedeva completed their Master's degree in Automated systems of data management and data analysis from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. This educational achievement took place between the years 2007 and 2012.
