Anton Klimov began their work experience in 2009 with a student job at Carrefour. In 2011, they worked as a student at KU Leuven before joining OpenWay in 2012 as a Junior Implementation Engineer. Anton later became a Senior Consultant from 2015 to 2017 and currently holds the position of Pre-Sales Consultant, starting in January 2018.

Anton Klimov has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hogeschool Universiteit Brussel, which they obtained in the years 2007 to 2010. Anton then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Information Management at the same institution from 2010 to 2011. Following their Master's, Anton Klimov enrolled at KU Leuven and completed a Master of Science degree in Information Management from 2011 to 2012.
