Harte Thomas serves as Vice President of Professional Services Revenue Operations at OpenText since August 2019. Previous experiences include roles at Workday as Director of Services Delivery Systems following the acquisition of Adaptive Insights, where Harte held the position of Director, Professional Services Programs & Operations. Additional expertise was gained as Director of Professional Services Business Operations at ServiceNow, Services Operations Manager at MuleSoft, and Sr. Manager of Worldwide Project Delivery at NetApp. Harte has a strong background in operational efficiency and project delivery, informed by earlier roles at Providian Financial Corporation and ArcSoft, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and International Business from Santa Clara University, a JD in Intellectual Property and International Law from Santa Clara University School of Law, and a BA, cum laude, in English and Intellectual History from Vanderbilt University.
