Alice Westerfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, operations, and information security. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success and Renewals at OpenText, Alice previously held the position of Senior Director of Global Customer Management at Liaison Technologies, which was acquired by OpenText. Prior to that, Alice held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Client Operations and Customer Success, and Senior Vice President of Professional Services in various sectors. Alice's career includes key positions at Norfolk Southern Corporation as Senior Information Security Advisor, McAfee as Vice President of World Wide Professional Services, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers in management consulting. Alice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
