Robert Chiti

Robert Chiti is the current Chairman & CEO at OpenTech Alliance, Inc.

Robert has over 25 years of experience in the software and technology industries. Prior to joining OpenTech Alliance, they were the Chief Operating Officer at GolfSwitch from 2000 to 2002. From 1997 to 1998, they were the General Manager North America at Systemfabrik. From 1995 to 1997, they were the Director of Channel Development/Sales Operations at Red Brick Systems, which was acquired by IBM in 1997.

From 1986 to 1994, Robert worked at CA Technologies (formerly Computer Associates) where they eventually became Vice President of Channel Sales/Development. In this role, they were responsible for starting and leading the company's channel programs, partner recruitment, distribution sales, and developing channel pricing models for Unicenter and Netman products.

In 1998, Robert left CA Technologies to join KPMG CT as Director of the Intellectual Property Group. In this role, they created and managed the Midwest Intellectual Property practice, marketed and supervised the delivery of self-reporting royalty audits in the software and telecommunications industry, and identified over $5 million in unreported royalties in a single project. Robert's customers included Motorola, HP, and Microsoft.

Robert has a proven track record in building successful sales teams and developing innovative channel programs that drive revenue growth. Robert is a strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to business. Under their leadership, OpenTech Alliance has become a leading provider of self storage solutions with a global reach.

Robert Chiti's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University and prior to that, they attended Staunton High School.
