Razzi Movassaghi is a data scientist with extensive experience in data analysis and research across various fields. Currently serving as a data scientist at Opensignal since April 2022, Razzi previously contributed at BC Cancer from March 2020 to March 2022, leading the data science efforts for the COVID-19 Project Discovery program. Academic experience includes a decade at the University of Victoria, where Razzi worked as a research assistant supporting fuel cell research and taught a range of courses in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Astronomy. Razzi also interned at Ballard Power Systems, focusing on catalyst layer ink development. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Physics, both from the University of Victoria, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Sharif University of Technology, complemented by a Data Science Diploma from BrainStation.
